Ezra A. Malernee Jr. has worked more than 35 years in the construction industry with 20 years as a home inspector. As an ASHI certified home inspector, he is knowledgeable in all areas of home inspections and maintains his membership requirements through continuing education.
The firm is diligent and exercises care with each inspection. At the completion of the inspection, you will be provided with a complete inspection in conformity with the ASHI Standards of Practice. This document will describe the inspection scope, the major components of the home, the condition of each component and any matters needing attention.
